For nearly a year, I had the privilege of co-hosting a weekly business talk radio show in Greenwich, Conn., called Forward Motion. Host and creator Carmen Carrozza, a business coach and 27-year veteran of the banking industry, and I provided business strategies in this tight economy as well as coaching steps to better your career and optimize your potential. Carmen focuses his guest interviews on the entrepreneur’s journey — risks, challenges, upcoming initiatives and tips for our listeners.
